When we accept any orders from our customer, we assume that our customer already read and accept all terms and conditions as stated below.
Appreciate your understanding that we may not accept all orders due to our limited baking slot per day. Confirmation orders are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Terms & Conditions:
* 1 week advance booking is required for cakes and 2 weeks for catering services.
* 50% deposit needs to be paid 2 weeks before the function and after confirmation of order. Deposit will be forfeited for cancellation of orders. The balance payment must be paid on the day of the function.
* No changes of order once confirmed.
* Only payments by cash term is accepted.
* We do NOT do home delivery. Collection point can be discussed during your confirmation of orders.
* Certain orders required minimum quantity.
